Substitution and delivery Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or a specialty product is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item

In case of ordered product is not available with us, a similar product will be delivered to customer. The price difference will be taken care by manual/automated adjustments in form of cash or store credits

In case of similar product also not available, the particular product from order or complete order will be cancelled and refund process will take place

Delivery of products may get delayed or not delivered at all at times depending on third party logistics provider or natural calamities

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us by email. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you by email satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Your Payments

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
