AkinosKIDS Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by calling us or sending us an email.

For outright/complete order cancellations

If your order is cancelled before your item(s) has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

If your order is cancelled after your item(s) has been shipped there is no refund or credit given

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same manner as that of the payment

Refunds will be made within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation

AkinosKIDS  Return Policy

If the Package is received in damaged or tampered condition, please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier and ask them to return to the Sender.

In such cases a replacement will be issued at no extra cost. To ensure either call us at +91-7742812501 OR +91-8107533841 or send us a mail at contact@akinoskids.com and or WhatsApp to the above given number and provide us with your Order ID. You are requested to ensure that all the original tags and packing is intact along with the Product.

For reverse Pick up requested, there is a charge of Rs 100/- per packet.

We shall not be liable to return, replace or refund in case the item is returned without the original packing or original labels /tampered Barcodes.
